Designed by award-winning architect Sweeny&Co., Portland Commons is a state-of-the-art 16-storey commercial development located at Portland Street and Front Street West. Built on the site of the historic Copp Clark Publishing Company, Portland Commons is designed around a shared common space, in a rare downtown campus setting where the Copp Clark heritage buildings meet the modern architecture of a reimagined workplace.

Inspired by the light-filled lofty ceilings of the brick and beam buildings on the site, Portland Commons is a modern high-efficiency workspace that integrates the physical building with the health, well-being, and collaboration of its occupants.

Featuring available floorplates of up to 56,000 square feet with expansive glass throughout and private terraces. The building design works for single occupants and multiple tenants, fostering connection and movement both vertically and horizontally.
